Primary Program!!

Our primary program was on Sunday and all of the kids did great. Maddy had lots of support, Grandma Lori, Grandpa Bob, Grandma Cook, and Grandpa Lou, Uncle Ty, and Aunt Jam and Uncle David all came to watch. She was so happy everyone made it and we were again so grateful for such amazing and supportive family. Primary programs are hilarious, it's funny watching the little ones trying so hard to sit still for an hour. Maddy did really well she had her part memorized and sang beautifully till one of us would make eye contact with her and then she would smile really big and forget to sing for a second. The little girl next to her was trying to talk to her and kept poking her and Maddy gave her this really dirty look until she stopped. I was told it was very similar to the dirty looks I give so that one is probably my fault. The little boy in front of us was singing at the top of his lungs and just kept getting louder and louder, he was cracking us up. It was a really nice program and all of the kids were great, it's always so refreshing to hear their simple and heartfelt testimonies and beliefs. Greyson has started doing this funny little dance. He says it's his pumpkin dance but it looks like a cross between Elvis and a belly dancer, it is hilarious. The picture below does not even come close to how funny it is, I'm not sure why it's a pumpkin dance either. Today started our week of Halloween related activities, Maddy's dance class had their party today. They got hopped up on sugar and played lots of fun games. It was a great way to kick off the Halloween festivities.
