We had a great weekend, lots of fun family time. We went to dinner Friday night I got outvoted so we ended up at IHOP, the kids favorite. The kids thought it was great that Uncle Justin was their waiter.
Saturday morning was Miss Andi's birthday party at the zoo. It was a little chilly but all of the animals were out showing off and we had a great time. The zoo is ideal for our little monkeys since they love the idea of animals but are completely terrified of them in real life. 
This weekend Brandon also helped his dad lay concrete at the new house and of course we had to watch the Belmont Stakes. We love to watch horse racing and have fun picking horses and seeing who does the best. Even Maddy likes to pick but usually changes her horse to which ever one wins. On Saturday my horse which had 38-1 odds(and Brandon was making fun of before the race) won. I did feel bad Big Brown didn't get the triple crown though.
We also went up to Ashton this weekend and took flowers to the cemetery. Maddy loved seeing my grandparents house and all the places we used to go. Greyson was most impressed with the picture of the car on my Uncle's headstone. It was nice to be able to share those memories and creating new ones at the same time. After that we went to Warm River to feed the fish. The water was really high and fast so they weren't over to the side like they usually are. The kids thought it was fun and their were some really big fish we'll have to go back later this summer when the water isn't so high.

I'm sure seeing all those things and going to Warm River takes you down memory lane, it sure does me! The crazy thing is, it doesn't seem that long ago!

What a fun weekend, I am hoping for a warm, non windy day this summer that I can take my kids to the zoo. They are the same way with animals, they like that big chain fence that keeps the animals at a distance:)

i almost forgot! tell maddy that uncle jus just got the piano music for high school musical 2. i thought she might be exited about that. there's some pretty fun songs!
How fun to get to go to the zoo and feed the fish. We were planning to go to lunch again before Bridget has her baby. Could you go to lunch this Monday at 1:00at Olive Garden. Let me know! Hope you can make it, we missed you last time.
