Getting Ready

This week we got to watch McKade for the first time and the kids absolutely loved it, Maddy really didn't want to go to school that day. They were great helpers and loved having a baby in the house. They couldn't get enough of him, and doted on him every waking moment. They can't wait until they get to do it again.
Other than that it was a pretty quiet week at our house. Maddy is working on her piano pieces for festival in March and in dance they have been working hard cleaning their dances because their first competition is right around the corner. On Friday, Brandon and I went out to eat with friends and the kids got to hang out with Grandma Lori and Grandpa Bob. After dinner we did a little birthday shopping for the kids since both of their birthdays are rapidly approaching. They are counting down the days and Greyson is none to pleased that his is after his sisters. He's been pretty silly trying to decide what kind of party he wants. Today it's a Mickey party but will inevitably change to a cars or Thomas party again. I don't know how many times it's been switched, so it will be interesting to see what it actually ends up being. Maddy is very excited for her Tink and Fairy party. My batteries died last weekend and I kept forgetting to get new ones so I was only able to squeeze a few more pictures out of it.
