Greyson = OCD?

It has become very obvious to us that Greyson has a very structured personality. He has to have everything just his way. He lines his cars up in a perfectly straight line and if you move one out of line, you get a telling off like you wouldn't believe. Whenever he naps or goes to bed for the night, he has to sleep with the same 5 cars (lighting, mater, flo, sally, and a truck) in their specific spot and his drink also has a designated spot. If he wakes up and I have moved them so he doesn't sleep on them he'll yell until they are back where he thinks they belong. If we are leaving the house he has to have either his hood, or his baseball cap on. I could go on and on, it just cracks us up to see such a little guy have such a definite routine and idea of what he wants and the way it should be. The other day I stumbled upon this, apparently the cars were hungry.

I cleaned it up and not even 10 minutes later it was back again with all of the cars in the same exact spot. He was pretty proud of himself and told me the cars needed "nums". This is actually a pretty big deal, Greyson does not share food. So for him to share with his cars is quite a big step. Here's a picture of Greyson's hand all wrapped up, he's been really good about leaving it alone.

The kids on their "horse" the other night, by the time they were done with him he was ready to be put out to pasture.

Today is achievement days which thrills Maddy to no end. The girls are really sweet with her and make her feel big. I wish I shared some of her enthusiasm. I have loved all of my callings in the church and most of them have been in the primary. This has always been great I love kids and prefer primary to relief society in all honesty. But I have been completely taken back by the immaturity of my girls. Yes, I know they are 10 and 11, but I've had this age before in primary and never had them act like they do. It's amazing what being out of a church setting can do, I come home from activities just shaking my head. Not all of my girls are like this there are some who are really sweet and well behaved. I know I need to have a better attitude and appreciate all the girls for who they are but it is definitely something I have been struggling with. I guess I'll learn or else I'll never be released.
